Happy New Year (and everything else that comes with it)

Yup, that's right, no blogging for I don't know how many days. My laptop adaptor (well the tip of it) decided to give up on me so I haven't had my beloved laptop for about 2 weeks now. (My new tip should be arriving this week). Been going to the Seattle Public Library alot to use the computer. I get to use the computer on campus when times lets me while working.

Speaking of being on campus. Classes started today. Winter quarter... my last one? We'll see. I was told that this might be my class quarter. Anyhoo, classes were okay. First Aid was okay... Interpersonal Communication was a bit devastating. Prof. Lynch who was meant to teach that class is in the hospital therefore we have a substitute (a potential permanent sub.). I've always wanted to take a class with prof. Lynch. This is the second time I came close to having her as a professor. The first time was for Speech Comm. 101. She also got ill and therefore had to have a substitute prof. Hope she soon recovers though. Many people look up to her.

Tomorrow, I'll have my Comm. 203 class (Mass Media & Society). A very different taste of communication... more of the journalism side. Can't wait.

Haven't purchased my books yet. Must do it soon. Sold my Music 107 book for $32 today... not too bad. As oppose to my friend who tried to sell her $95 worth Economics book and the bookstore only offered her $5. Bogus, right? I'm selling some of my non-academic books later at Half Price Books. We'll see how much I make :p

My holidays were rather mundane. Christmas was pretty boring and New Year's was okay. Mostly worked on campus. I managed to work approx. 40 hours last week.

Anyhoo, gotta continue with a bunch of other things before my duration runs out for using this computer.
